Founded by partners in life and purpose, Kraig and Taylor (Tay), Golden Era is where strength training meets skin science. Our mission is simple: to help busy professionals reclaim their confidence through intentional fitness and personalized skincare.

  • Founder

    What started as a vision in 2021 became the foundation of something greater. Kraig set out to build a business from the ground up, driven by purpose, discipline, and a deep belief in transformation—both physical and personal. While the journey wasn’t without its challenges, Kraig leaned into resilience, learning, and collaboration. With the support of his partner, that original spark became a thriving wellness brand rooted in passion, authenticity, and results. Today, Kraig leads with intention—bringing that same energy to every client he trains and every goal he helps shape.

Founder & Fitness Coach

With over 8 years of experience, Kraig is a seasoned fitness coach and movement specialist whose transformative methods blend functional training, calisthenics, strength work, and mobility.

His signature approach, known as the Golden Methods, empowers clients to unlock their physical potential and mental resilience through discipline, form mastery, and intentional movement. Whether guiding athletes or first-timers, Kraig helps people reconnect with their strongest, most aligned selves — from the inside out.

  • Founder

    Taylor’s skincare journey began at Howard University, where she formulated products by hand in her dorm and debuted her line, Yummy Face’s, at a campus showcase. From brand design to product creations, she was immersed in every detail. After graduating, she refined her craft through esthetics and clinical research, building an expert foundation in skin health. Today, she brings that passion to Golden Era by merging luxury, science, and artistry—with her partner Kraig, to offer elevated wellness experiences that serve the community with compassion and commitment.

Founder & Licensed Esthetician

 Taylor (Tay) is a NYS Licensed Esthetician and clinical researcher who brings a science-backed, skin-deep approach to beauty and wellness. Since 2021, she’s helped clients achieve real skin results through custom regimens that merge biology, beauty, and balance.

With a Master of Science in Clinical and Translational Research from Georgetown University, her work is rooted in evidence-based care — guided by both the art of esthetics and the science of skin health. Tay has also collaborated with forward-thinking skincare brands like Buttah Skin and Youth to the People, bridging real-world skincare with clinical integrity.
